The fee for the Keepsake Home Portrait style rendering will be a set fee of $95 and it will be drawn on a 5×7″ high quality illustration board ready for framing.

Classic Home Portraits

$150-200

Fees for the Classic Home Portrait style rendering range from $150-200 depending upon the size and scope of the home and the degree of architectural  features desired.

Premier Home Portraits

$350-500

Fees for the Premier Home Portrait style rendering range from $350-500 depending once again upon the size and scope of the home and the desired degree of detail for increased 3D appearance as well as selection of the final size of the drawing itself.

WaterColor Home Portraits

Watercolor on Keepsake Home Portraits

The fee for watercolor to be added to a Keepsake Home Portrait would be $25. The watercolor is applied directly to the pen & ink rendering itself.   

WaterColor on Classic Home Portraits

The fee for watercolor to be added to a Classic Home Portrait would be an additional $50.   The watercolor is applied directly to the pen&ink rendering itself.

WaterColor on Premier Home Portraits

The fees for adding watercolor to a Premier Home Portrait would range from an additional $150 depending upon the level of detail and quantity of colors required.    Watercolor is applied directly to the rendering itself just as it is for the Classic Home Portraits.
